Benchmarking is a service that we offer to our Clients to help them understand the gap that they need to bridge, or, to maintain.
Typical projects start with a series of meetings and conversations to understand the nature of the project, the measures to be benchmarked and their significance to the Client. The outcome can be in report, presentation and recommended actions.
Examples of benchmarking studies include
• Warranty performance and offering of a Clients product in relation to competitors
• Logistics costs in relation to market rates and potentially in relation to competitors
• Inventory performance (stock turns, days of supply, fill rates) in relation to the market
