The Technical Review Process
Initial scoping
The Service Business would initially spend 2 days scoping. This will include understanding the business strategy, outlining the systems strategy and identifying staff access requirements for research.
On site investigation
Typically 3 days on site analysing the technical implementation and general fact finding.
Presentation and reports
