We have developed a program of support services to continually refine and optimise our Clients spare parts planning and inventory optimisation capabilities, called Planning as a Service (PaaS). This does not necessarily mean our Clients outsource their planning, but means that The Service Business becomes an extension of your existing planning operations by continually optimising your technology, business processes and people.
Technical Review
We have also developed a Technical Review capability, which uncovers weaknesses and inefficiencies within the Clients applications and interfaces, which manifest themselves in an inefficient and ineffective service supply chain.
